ZAEX has published Memoirs of Saint Faustina in Slovak translation made by Sisters of the Congregation of Our Lady of Mercy under the title Spomienky na sv. Faustínu. The book includes accounts by 96 people who witnessed the life of Sister Faustina. We can learn how they remembered the Apostle of Divine Mercy’s looks and temperament, and how she was perceived by those around her. The speakers do not hide their affection or dislike of the Saint. The first edition of this collection of memories was published in 2013 by the Sisters of Our Lady of Mercy’s publishing body, Misericordia. In the book’s review, Fr. Prof. Stanisław Ziemiański, S.J., wrote: Memoirs offer a fascinating read. Vividly describing the everyday life of the future saint, they allow the reader to take an unforgettable journey through time and have an extraordinary encounter with the Divine Mercy Advocate. The book had already been published in French, Spanish and Croatian translations as well.
