On August 14, Divine Mercy devotees will arrive at the Shrine of Divine Mercy in Krakow-Łagiewniki as part of the Ninth National Pilgrimage, organized on the anniversary of the consecration of the Divine Mercy Basilica and the entrustment of the world to Divine Mercy by St. John Paul II. Holy Mass at the Shrine will be celebrated at: 7.30 am, 8.30 am, and 7 pm (the Chapel of the grace-famous Divine Mercy Image and the tomb of St. Faustina) as well as 8 am, 10 am, 12.30 pm, 1.45 pm, 3.20 pm i 6 pm (the Basilica). The 10 am service will be presided over by Marek Jędraszewski, Metropolitan Archbishop of Krakow, and will be attended by representatives of Divine Mercy Shrines from around the world and Divine Mercy parishes from all over Poland. During this Mass, the following Bells of Hope will be blessed: for the Divine Mercy Shrine in Vinnitsa in the Kamenets-Podol diocese of Ukraine as a gift from our Shrine to that community; and for the Church of Divine Mercy in Lower Chittering, Western Australia as a gift from the Shrine of Divine Mercy in Keysborough (broadcast by TVP 1). After the 3.20 pm Mass, the Basilica will host a concert titled Confido performed by the Musica Ex Anima Choir and the Symphony Orchestra of the Divine Mercy Shrine. Various works of mercy will be presented in tents set up on the square in front of the Basilica. Film screenings will also take place during the pilgrimage.
