Patron Saint for 2026 the draw
“Light the Light of Mercy”

This is the slogan of an initiative connected with commemorating the 95th anniversary of the revelation of the image of Jesus the Merciful to Saint Sister Faustina. The initiative invites people, on February 22 at 7:00 p.m.—the presumed time of Jesus’ revelation (“in the evening”)—to light candles in the windows of their homes, at roadside shrines and crosses, and to pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy for the intention of peace. This prayer initiative is organized by the Divine Mercy Shrine in Płock, where this historic revelation of Jesus the Merciful took place.
