On Saturday, August 1, the Congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady of Mercy in Kraków-Łagiewniki will celebrate the Silver Jubilee of the religious profession of Mother General Miriam Janiec and ten Sisters from her profession class. At 10:30 a.m., a solemn Holy Mass will be celebrated in the Divine Mercy Shrine in Kraków-Łagiewniki before the grace-filled image of the Merciful Jesus and at the tomb of Saint Faustina. During the Eucharist, the Jubilarians will renew their vows of chastity, poverty, and obedience, symbolized by a silver ring engraved with the name: Jesus. Sisters in the Congregation’s other convents, as well as the Jubilarians’ families and all those entrusted to their apostolic ministry, unite in thanksgiving for the gift of the Jubilarians and pray for them.
